Music to perform honoring Gen. Soleimani

Two music ensembles are set to perform in memory of Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani at the Fajr Music Festival.

The IRIB Symphonic Orchestra and Navaye Seymareh, which is a music band from Lorestan, will go on stage to perform to pay homage to late General Soleimani- the martyred commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC).

The concert by IRIB Symphonic Orchestra conducted by Arash Amini will be held on February 11 that marks the victory of Islamic Revolution of Iran as a part of the 36th Fajr Music Festival.

The following day, on February 12, the Navaye Seymareh ensemble will go on stage to dedicate their work to the martyred General.

General Soleimani was assassinated by a US drone strike at Baghdad’s international airport on January 3, 2020.
